Rewards Consultants and Leaders with cumulative personal retail sales of $1000 or more each month, for 12 consecutive months.

Rewards Consultants and Leaders who have achieved $1,000,000 or more in total retail sales, including sales from their Total District.

Award: In addition to being recognized, the Top 3 Achievers will receive a bonus check according to the amounts shown below.

Promoting Leaders Award
Rewards Top Leaders with the highest number of promoted leaders in their Central District.
- All new leaders must have a leadership title at the close of the qualification period to count toward this achievement.
- In the case of a tie, Central District Retail Sales will be considered.

Rewards Ambassadors who have developed the highest number of new and requalified Gold Supervisors and above in their Total District.
- All titles will be frozen at the start of the qualification period.
- All such promoted leaders must maintain their title or higher at the close of the qualification period to count toward this recognition category.

Gala Night is our most prestigious celebration, honoring JAFRA’s highest levels of leadership and achievement.
During this special evening, we proudly recognize all leaders who have achieved the title of Director through Royal Ambassador—exceptional leaders who lead the way, inspire others to rise, and create a legacy for others to follow.

The JAFRA Icon Award is JAFRA’s highest honor, recognizing exceptional leaders who embody the values, vision, and legacy upon which Jan and Frank Day founded JAFRA.
