Circle of Excellence - Global Awards
Circle of Excellence is JAFRA's internationally sponsored event where top achievers from each JAFRA market are invited to come together and be honored for their accomplishments. This year, 71 winners from all over the world met at the lavish Fontainebleau Hotel in the fabulous city of Miami Beach, Florida to take part in the Circle of Excellence Event and Awards Ceremony of 2009. The theme: A World of Opportunities! Attendees were recognized for their achievements in areas such as personal sales, team sales, sponsoring and leader/team development. This awards ceremony represents the highest recognition for JAFRA Leaders and is a testimony of how thankful JAFRA is to all of the Consultants and Leaders who share the dream, passion and business opportunity of JAFRA, worldwide.
Russia's Awards Ceremony
In 2009, JAFRA Russia held their first ever Leadership Seminar in Moscow. The theme for the event: "Dream...Believe...Achieve...". Over the course of two days, Managers and Directors were inspired by other leaders and had the wonderful opportunity to meet company management. The women were the first to hear about exciting news, enjoyed interesting new training sessions, received numerous gifts and, of course, had a lot of fun. Each Leader and Manager was also recognized for new status levels, best in sales and best in recruiting. One Leader in particular was named the "Diamond Lady of JAFRA" for her efforts in a special Summer Points promotion. It was an exciting seminar for all!

Mexico's Awards Ceremony
During 2009, JAFRA Mexico celebrated the achievements and successes of their most prominent leaders. These leaders were recognized for their achievements during their Leadership Conference event. The Leadership Conference held in October, 2009, was the perfect setting for the celebrations of the 30th Anniversary of JAFRA Mexico and brought together 1,200 women who cheered each other on as they enjoyed the sights and sounds of the Bay of Acapulco in the state of Guerrero. During these three days, intense emotions of joy were felt as awards were presented to the Leaders with the Highest Growth in their Base of Consultants and Highest Sales of Skin Care. The coveted Jan Day award was also presented during this incredible event. A memorable moment was shared when the Founders of JAFRA Mexico (99 women), were recognized for their efforts as the Consultants who started JAFRA Mexico from the beginning and have continued to prove themselves as successful leaders.

Switzerland's Awards Ceremony
Over 60 of Switzerland's top managers attended the annual National Manager's Meeting in the beautiful surroundings of Merlischachen, Switzerland. The top achievers of the country were awarded for their outstanding performance and their exemplary leadership roles within the JAFRA family throughout 2009. This successful event, including an elegant gala dinner, boosted the team's excitement and motivation. The JAFRA values were emphasized throughout the event and it was made clear once more that our JAFRA managers represent these values.

Italy's Awards Ceremony
Every year, JAFRA Italy hosts their Annual National Conference in honor of their consultants and their achievements. This year's 2009 awards ceremony was held at La Thuille (Val d'Aosta). Nearly 100 Consultants, Branch Managers, District Mangers and Directors took part in this amazing event. JAFRA management presented the new programs and launches for the upcoming year and everyone celebrated the success of the top leaders and their achievements.

Germany's Awards Ceremony
The annual Leadership Conference, with JAFRA Managers and Consultants from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands in 2009, was the inter-galactic highlight of the year!! This awards event was all about innovation, progress and the future of JAFRA. Managers and consultants learned about new and exciting products launches, as well as received recognition for their advancements in their business levels. JAFRA took this opportunity to decorate many new stars at this event and these stars will surely grow and bring new highlights to the JAFRA universe!

US General Awards Ceremony
Every year, English-speaking JAFRA consultants and leaders come from all over the United States to attend the annual National Conference for the US General Market. Winners are invited to an exciting new destination each year, and this is where all their hard work pays off. Attendees are the first to learn about new and exciting JAFRA product launches and training programs, and they are also special guests of a luxurious group Awards Dinner. After the dinner, the top JAFRA Leaders are recognized in different areas including top in sales, recruiting and advancements in their JAFRA career. It is also on this night, where we present JAFRA's most prestigious award: the Jan and Frank Day award. The recipient embodies the spirit of our founders, Jan and Frank Day. She is motivating, inspiring and believes in helping other succeed. This is what JAFRA is all about!

US Hispanic Awards Ceremony
Every year, Spanish-speaking JAFRA consultants and leaders come from all over the United States to attend the annual Awards Banquet for the US Hispanic Market. Winners are invited to a special destination where endless opportunities await. During this incredible event, attendees are given the chance to be the first to see the launch of new JAFRA products and programs as well as network with other companions to create lasting friendships and learn new business techniques. The culmination of this wonderful trip is the moment when Consultants and Leaders receive exclusive recognition for their achievements during the evening of the Awards Banquet. It is on this night where attendees receive coveted awards, beautiful jewelry and acknowledgment from our JAFRA Management. District Directors are especially celebrated in a stage walk with the pageantry of our Ladies in Red.
