JAFRA Management Board

Dr. Friedrich Kroos was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc. (JAFRA), effective January 19, 2009. Based in Westlake Village, California, JAFRA is one of the largest direct sales companies of skin care, beauty and fragrance products in the world, offering its consultants a flexible selling system and a compensation plan that offers compelling career and income opportunities.

Hans ter Pelle was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc. (JAFRA) effective July, 1^st 2011. In this position and as a member of the JAFRA Management Board, Hans reports to the President and CEO of JAFRA and holds a strategic role in the overall management of the company. He will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.

Cecilia Yang was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of JAFRA Cosmetics International on May 15, 2012. In her current position and as a member of the JAFRA Management Board, Cecilia leads the Worldwide Marketing and R&D teams in building a globally strong JAFRA brand and optimizing business results.
